G.R.I.T. Mastery Coach Evelyn meets one time each week for 12 weeks to focus on increasing the student’s production, while giving the student adequate time in between, to work on the activities and assignments. 

Activity Assignments 

Each student agrees to commit to do the work that develops the skills of a successful, productive salesperson. The assignments include building relationships, managing time, tracking activity, and weekly results. I.P.A. training, includes learning ways in which one can build their personal marketing to attract more business. 

Accountability 
Teamwork is a part of the experience of the training. The purpose is to hold one another responsible to their promises to build a business that brings financial stability, repetitive business, and build a long-term client base. 

Repetition

A favorite quote of Coach Evelyn is “Repetition is the Mother of Skills”. Each class will focus on different areas of real estate training that builds confidence, creates systems/processes for each step of servicing clients, as well as practicing dialogue that lends itself to converting leads into clients for life. 

Mindset

Every day is a daily practice of how our thoughts impact our life and real estate practice. We learn about habits for running our business like a business and life to its fullest. 

Teamwork

A dynamic and open-minded group of people working together as a team for a common goal will always produce more than people working just as individuals.
